Role: Requirement and training to meet the organization's workforce requirements. The role includes overseeing HR operations, salary and benefits, developing and implementing HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures, employee lifecycle management, learning and development initiatives, succession planning, statutory compliance and administration related functions.

Experience: MBA from a premier institute or CA with 15 years’ experience in project appraisal, monitoring & follow-up, recovery, risk assessment & management, RBI compliances & reporting in a leading NBFC/Bank.
Role: Development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, Risk Appetite Framework, and risk monitoring system; Monitoring and management of Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Compliance Risk, and other key risks across the Company; Conducting portfolio risk reviews, stress testing, early warning signal monitoring, and risk reporting to Management and Board Committees; Overseeing Credit Audit function and ensuring adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements; Ensuring compliance with RBI Master Directions, Circulars, Prudential Norms, Scale Based Regulation (SBR), Corporate Governance Guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements; Supervising timely submission of RBI returns, regulatory filings, replies and compliance certifications; Coordinating RBI inspections, supervisory reviews, and regulatory audits, including implementation and closure of observations; Liaising with RBI, Auditors and other regulatory authorities.

Experience: Qualified Graduate in Commerce with 1 to 2 years post qualification experience in handling financial & loan accounting and other accounts matters in a leading NBFC/Bank/Financial Institution.
Role: Responsible for financial and loan accounting for Ind AS compliant NBFC & preparation of quarterly and annually financial statements under the Ind AS framework and companies accounting policies etc., checking & posting of financial entries on daily basis, preparation of bank reconciliation statement, company financial statement, co-ordination with statutory auditors/internal auditors in audit on quarterly basis, furnishing of necessary audit papers/information etc., exposure in GST & Income Tax matter would be preferred. Monthly, Quarterly & Annual closing entries, monthly balance sheet Generation for RBI & ALM reporting. SEBI LODR compliance on quarterly results publishing.

Experience: BCA/MCA, MBA (preferred) from a premier institute with minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure Management, Program Management, Services Delivery Management, Solution Design Architecture & Implementation, evolving strategies and execution of roadmaps (for purchases, strict budget control, IT infrastructure, security, crisis / disaster & business continuity plans, asset management), devising & implementing IT strategies and business plans in line with company’s business plans, creating and implementing policies and procedures for IT platforms heading complete portfolio of projects including budgeting, planning, vendor selection and execution of programs etc.
Role: ▪ Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications using Oracle APEX. ▪ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. ▪ Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL and SQL queries. ▪ Build dynamic and interactive web applications using APEX components such as forms, reports, dashboards, and charts. ▪ Perform performance tuning and application optimization for Oracle APEX and database environments. ▪ Ensure application security by implementing Oracle APEX security best practices and governance standards. ▪ Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity within Oracle Database 19c environments. ▪ Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities using Agile methodologies where applicable. ▪ Support database administration activities where required. ▪ Contribute to solution design, architecture planning, and enterprise-level implementation initiatives. ▪ Assist in IT infrastructure planning, system integration, and environment management. ▪ Contribute to the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with business objectives. ▪ Support IT roadmap planning, including procurement strategies, budget adherence, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and asset management. ▪ Participate in program management and services delivery initiatives to ensure timely and quality execution of projects. ▪ Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and coordination for technology solutions. ▪ Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance policies, and operational procedures. ▪ Conduct testing, debugging, and ongoing application support to ensure reliability and performance. ▪ Stay current with evolving Oracle APEX features, tools, and best practices.
