Please follow the steps below to lodge a complaint through the system:
- If you any complaint related to Business or Investment, submit Complaint Registration Form below.
- Enter your personal details such as name, phone, and email address.
- Provide a clear description of the issue.
- Upload supporting documents, if any, to substantiate your complaint.
- Review the information entered and submit the complaint.
- After submission, wait for response from "Level 1 Officer".
- If your complaint is not responded or resolved within 15 days, you may escalate to "Level 2 Officer". Click here to view details of Level 1 and Level 2 Officers.
