Please follow the steps below to lodge a complaint through the system:

  1. If you any complaint related to Business or Investment, submit Complaint Registration Form below.
  2. Enter your personal details such as name, phone, and email address.
  3. Provide a clear description of the issue.
  4. Upload supporting documents, if any, to substantiate your complaint.
  5. Review the information entered and submit the complaint.
  6. After submission, wait for response from "Level 1 Officer".
  7. If your complaint is not responded or resolved within 15 days, you may escalate to "Level 2 Officer". Click here to view details of Level 1 and Level 2 Officers.
